  • Refund and Return Policy

    Electrical Goods:

    • No returns are accepted for electrical goods due to their specific nature.

    Return Timeframe:

    • All returns must be made within 31 days of receipt.

    Warranty Period:

    • New parts are covered by a 6-month warranty.
    • Reconditioned parts come with a 4-month warranty.
    • No warranty on second hand parts.

    Return Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

    Return Process:

    • Contact us at info@kdplant.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
    • A return authorization will be provided along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
    • Returns without prior authorization may result in delayed processing.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • Please inspect your order upon reception and notify us immediately at info@kdplant.com if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly address the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items may be non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee, including:
      • Specific branded parts
      • Rubber and hydraulic hoses

    Exchanges:

    • For damaged or incorrect items, you may opt to make a separate purchase for the replacement and return the original item. A refund for the returned item will be processed upon receipt and inspection.
    • Alternatively, return the item first, and upon acceptance, we will dispatch the replacement.

    Refunds:

    • Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
    • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
    • Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    Restocking Fee:

    • A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply for unwanted items.

    Postage:

    • Return postage will be refunded if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged parts).
    • If the return is due to incorrect ordering or change of mind, return postage will be the customer’s responsibility.
